品揃えにバラつきがあり、鞄の取っ手などは豊富にあるのに欲しかったものはほとんどなく…
店員の愛想も悪く、売り場で大声で議論するのはいかがなものかと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 随分昔にここを知って何度か行きましたが、定員の愛想が悪かったのでいつしか行くのをやめてました。最近は近場でも手芸店が増えて助かってますが、品ぞろえが少なく値段も高いのが難点。大手の手芸店では、会員料金が高くしかも有効期限があるので元が取れないみたいで困ってました。
コロナで家にいる事が多くなり手作りマスクを作り始めて手芸に火がつきました。久しぶりに行ってみるとやっぱりここは品ぞろえが豊富で安いなあと実感。卸売なので他店と比べて華やかさと広さはないものの品ぞろえ安さそして低価格でずっと使える会員証は嬉しい限りです。定員さんも昔とくらべて若くて親切な対応してくれます。
I knew this place a long time ago and went there several times, but I stopped going someday because the capacity was unfriendly. Recently, the number of handicraft stores has increased even in the vicinity, which has helped, but the drawback is that the product lineup is small and the price is high. At a major handicraft store, the membership fee is high and there is an expiration date, so I was in trouble because I couldn't get the money back.
As I stayed at home more often in Corona, I started making handmade masks and my handicrafts ignited. After a long time, I realized that there is a wide selection of items and it is cheap. Since it is wholesale, it is not as gorgeous and spacious as other stores, but I am happy with the membership card that can be used for a long time at a low price and a wide selection of items. The capacity is also younger and kinder than in the past.

本館は糸、ボタン、針、ハサミ等あらゆる資材が揃ってて 重要店舗
ここ別館は 輸入生地、ボタン、リボン等 ワクワクが止まらない。
世界中の生地屋さん巡りをするのが夢！
出掛ける時は 例えば「ローマの生地屋」とネットで調べプリントアウトして 実際にウロウロ。
たくさんの都市で店巡り。
アメリカの地方都市に半年ほど滞在。でも クラフトショップは充実
車で10~15分位に4軒
楽しくて 楽しくて！
しかし！ やっぱり一番は
日本チューコー
年2,３回のセールではアメリカより安い(今はコロナ禍でセール無し)
店の壁には 輸入生地で作った作品が飾ってあって 参考になることも。
手芸好きの方には１度は行ってほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般人でも会員になれば購入可能な卸売の会社で、他の手芸店と違って本当にお安く購入出来ます。
品揃えも豊富ですし、別館では輸入生地が沢山あって見応えがあります。
接客では、今まで特に嫌な気持ちになった事は一度もありません。
口調のきつい横暴なご年配のお客を一度見かけた事がありますが、その対応にも若い男性スタッフの方が優しくされていて頭が下がりました。
別館のお店はいつ行っても可愛いくて、スタッフの皆さんは和気藹々とされていて良い雰囲気です。
本館のスタッフの方々は、いつもバタバタと忙しくされていますが、お声掛けするとすぐ対応してくれて感謝しています。
インスタも、勉強になるお話や商品の紹介などをしてくれて見るのが楽しいです。
これからもずっと通いたいお店です。

I once saw a domineering elderly customer with a harsh tone, but the young male staff was kinder to me and I was sick.
The shops in the annex are always cute, and the staff are friendly and have a nice atmosphere.
The staff at the main building are always busy, but I am grateful that they responded as soon as I spoke to them.
It's fun to see Instagram as well, telling stories and introducing products that will be useful for studying.
It's a shop I'd like to visit forever.

品揃えは確かに良いのかもしれません。
ただ、なぜそんなに無愛想なんですか？と聞きたいくらい接客態度が悪いです。特に4階。目すら合いません。
これまで何度か利用していますが、唯一Dカンのフロアの方だけは笑顔で対応して下さいました。
購入を検討されている方は是非ネットショップをおすすめします。

But why is it so unfriendly? The customer service attitude is so bad that I want to hear. Especially on the 4th floor. I don't even see.
I've used it several times so far, but only the one on the D-Kan floor responded with a smile.

生地とビーズをよく購入しますが、TOHOさんのビーズが小袋から糸通しの束までたくさん揃っています。小さな手芸店にはなかなか置いていない、特小やスリーカットもあり見ていると楽しいです。スワロフスキーもあるので、手芸でなくネイル用にも買います。店の前にロッカーも完備してあり財布だけで店内を見れるのも楽です。

I often buy fabrics and beads, but TOHO's beads are available from sachets to bundles of threaders. It's fun to look at the extra small and three-cut items that are hard to find in small handicraft stores. I also have Swarovski, so I buy it not only for handicrafts but also for nails. There is also a locker in front of the store, so it's easy to see the inside of the store with just a wallet.
