★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉱山職員が暮らしていた建物4棟を修復して展示。生野ならではのカラミ石(金属を、とった後のノロを型に流し込んで固めた人口の石)が特長。玄関は住民用と来客用の二つに分かれている。
 4 buildings where mining staff lived were restored and displayed. It is characterized by Kalami stone that is unique to Ikuno (the stone of the population that has been solidified by pouring metal into the mold after taking the metal). There are two entrances, one for residents and one for visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐渡の金山にも劣らぬ名所。なかに入ると縦横に掘られた空間のスケールの大きささに圧倒される。ワインとか酒の貯蔵所となっているのも面白い。旧庁舎とセットで見学するのがいい。

近くに、ﾐｭ―ｼﾞｱﾑｾﾝﾀ―もあり、町並みもステキでした❗

全部の説明を余裕を持ってみるならば1時間ということです。
生野銀山の後にでも余裕を持って来てみては良いかと静かで非常に寛げる場所です。
