お昼のランチで訪れました。 三段の海幸弁当、2500円と少しだけ高めですが、納得のいく内容でした。 彩りで、見てても楽しめます。 内装はお洒落で、女性やカップルが多めでした。 ご飯もおかわり自由なので、お腹はふくれます。 小食の方はおかわりしなくてもお腹一杯になるボリュームだと思います。 デザートやコーヒーもついてて、満足出来ました。

おまかせコースのランチを頼みました まずどの創作料理も手間と時間が掛かっていて醤油や塩に頼りすぎず、出汁の旨味で勝負しているところに好感が持てます。 まず、一品目は鰆の創作料理。銀杏とゆり根と昆布が入っていて、優しい昆布出汁の味がして美味しかったです 二品目はもんごういか、カワハギの刺身。カワハギの肝とポン酢をつけて頂きました。 三品目はズワイガニのひろうすのすまし汁。ズワイガニの出汁と昆布出汁が効いていて美味しかったし、エリンギ、しめじ、三つ葉が添えられているところも良かったです。 四品目、淡路牛のステーキは食べやすい大きさにカットされていて、レアで焼かれていました。わさびと塩を少し付けて食べます。口の中でとろけるような柔らかさで絶品でした。5切れの丁度良い量でした。ステーキに添えられている淡路の玉ねぎも非常に甘くて美味しく、玉ねぎに塗した削りたての鰹節も香ばしい馨りが食欲をそそります。 五品目はしめ鯖の酢漬け。これも好きな一品でごまの風味も良かった。 六品目のタラの白子は初めて頂きました。珍味好きの方なら好きかも...少し自分には合わなかった... 七品目は鴨のつみれとかぶらの煮物、つみれも食べやすい大きさで、かぶらも煮崩れせず、昆布出汁とマッチしていました。 最後の締めに当たる、八品目は鰆の炊き込みご飯と赤出汁。鯖と間違えるくらい鰆がさっぱりしていてしつこさがなかったです。 食後のデザートは洋梨といちごの添えられたパンナコッタでした。 非常に満足なコース料理でした。また訪れたいと思います。

One of the best places I’ve been to in Japan over several years. Every meal here is so delicious it remains in your memory for really long, periodically tempting you to go there back again and again. Chef runs everything himself, beginning from ingredients to the dishes choice.

What a wonderful dining experience! We were welcomed by the staff so warmly and the restaurant interior was so cozy. Each dish was a masterpiece. The entrees in tiny, ornate dishes, were so tasty; the sashimi was fresh and a nice variety; the fish karaage had such a great texture and tempura was so light; the shabu-shabu was presented in a gorgeous pot and was also delicious. But wait...there’s more! Just when we thought we couldn’t fit in another mouthful, we were treated to a strawberry mousse (made with fresh strawberries) served with tiramisu and more fresh strawberries in a delicate glass bowl with a gold rim. The staff were extremely attentive and explained all the dishes to us. It was clear that the chefs here take such pride in their work. Next time we are in the area, we are coming back.
