て	てれんぱれん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若くに亡くなった友人の一周忌の際、お供えのお花をネットで注文しました。間近に注文したので、翌日に配達していただけたのは本当に助かりました。ただ、可愛らしい友人のイメージなども考えて白と淡いピンクのアレンジメントを注文したはずなのに、ご家族様からお礼と共に送られてきた画像に写っていたのは白と濃い紫のとても渋いアレンジメントでビックリしました。画像にはなかった白の菊も多数入っており、いかにも仏用！って感じで、注文したアレンジメントの画像とだいぶ雰囲気が違っていてガッカリです。季節によって花が変わることも、画像と全く同じとはいかないことも理解しておりますが、色合いや雰囲気まで変わってしまっては、贈る相手をイメージしながら選んでいるこちらとしては困惑します。実際に店舗で確認できないネットショッピングだからこそ、商品の雰囲気を損なわないようにしていただきたいです。 I ordered the flowers to be offered on the net when the younger friend died. However, although I thought I ordered an arrangement of white and light pink considering the image of a cute friend etc., I was surprised by the very astringent arrangement of white and dark purple that was reflected in the image sent with thanks from the family did. There are many white chrysanthemums that were not in the image, and they are truly for Buddha! The atmosphere is quite different from the image of the arrangement I ordered. I understand that the flowers change depending on the season, and that they don't look exactly the same as the images, but if the colors and the atmosphere change, I'm confused as the one who chooses while giving the image of the recipient. We want you not to spoil the atmosphere of the product because it is online shopping that you cannot actually confirm at the store.

L	Lattice Wen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/2/17 花の通販プラットフォームがちゃんと対応していただきまして、そして、お花屋さんから新しいものを再配達をしていただいたので、再コメント致します。 2021/2/13 今日届いた花束ですは人生初めて見た最悪の質です。実はこれはアメリカの友人が海外から注文してネットで送ってくれました。花屋さんに電話するのをとても躊躇していたのですが、あまりにも質が悪かったので、しかも海外に住んでいる友人がお金を使ってしまったので、お店のプロとして誠実な対応を期待して、とりあえず電話してみました。正直、花を買ったことはもちろん何度もありますけど、新鮮かどうかはみんなそのお花を見たらすぐわかります。この花は新鮮ではないと思いますし、ほぼ全部のお花の花びらが割れています。 2021/2/17 I would like to re-comment because the flower mail order platform has responded properly and the flower shop has redelivered a new one. 2021/2/13 The bouquet I received today is the worst quality I have ever seen in my life.
