★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品を売るだけ売って販売店としての責務を果たさない会社です。
通常通り使用して壊れたら使えなくなってしまう為、予備の部品を購入する為に手配してもらおうとしたら、「そんなヘビーユーザーに保証もつけて対応なんかしたくない」と言われました。また、メーカーからは「販売店から手配してもらって下さい」と言われたのでと販売店へお伝えしたら、ガンを売るだけしかやっていないとのこと。
ここで購入したら、板挟みになり修理不可能になる為絶対にお勧めしません。
本当にありえない会社です。
そもそも、購入前から不安しかありませんでした。
ちゃんと販売店に確認して買ったのに、届いたら全然仕様が違ったり、その件で問い合わせしたら「そんな話しましたっけ？」って。本当におすすめしません。
