麺はかなり柔めの仕上がり。
具材は豚肉・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・小松菜・筍・キクラゲで構成。
豚肉はバラ肉で臭みが無くて脂身がジューシー。
キャベツなどの野菜は炒めずにスープで煮込んで仕上げる。
シャキシャキ感は無くて、適度にクタッとして食べ易い。
スープは塩分がやや高めの塩味。
出汁は鶏ガラ、香味野菜が中心。
化調も程よく加える感じでしょうか？
液体油の効果でコッテリ感もありました。
餃子：350円
小皿に醤油、酢、ラー油を投入して軽く浸してから食します。
焼き目は黒い焦げ目が無いきつね色。
皮はしっとりとして油分を纏ってました。
具材は豚肉・キャベツ・ニラ・ニンニクで構成。
ニラやニンニクの風味が強めで美味しいです。
ビールが欲しくなりつつ、美味しく完食！！
初老のご夫婦でお店を切り盛りされ、接客はとても丁寧！！
こじんまりした店内ですが居心地は良好。
常連さんが入り浸るのも頷けます！！
また訪問させて頂きます。ご馳走様でした！！

The soup has a slightly high salty taste.
The soup stock is mainly chicken stock and flavored vegetables.

There was also a feeling of lumpiness due to the effect of liquid oil.
