徳	徳永麻美子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一回目に行った時に症状と耳鼻科でもらってる薬も説明し喘息がある旨を伝えたところ、咳があるため外でお待ちくださいと言われ電話で診察されました。コロナの可能性があるから外での診察は仕方ないとは思いましたが、その際に薬の説明をうけ、コロナ検査は必要なら手配できますとしか言われませんでした。２回目に行ったらいきなり、検査結果は？といわれ、ないというと、何で受けてないの？もう一回説明するからとイライラして言われました。説明なんてされてないんだけどと思いましたがそんなことを言える雰囲気ではありませんでした。レントゲンとるために診察室に入ったのですが、検査もしてないから、本当は入れたくないとも言われました。更に薬の効き具合を効かれたから正直に答えたらそれしか良くならないの？と嫌そうに言われました。診察室から出ると医師は受付に前回説明したのかしてないのかなんでだみたいなやりとりが聞こえてきました。更に受付に、検査受けるように言われてないのにあんな言い方されたと言っても医師からも受付からも一切謝罪はありませんでした。コロナかもしれないから怖いのは分かりますが、こんな失礼な態度をされ気分が悪くなりました。二度といきませんし星もつけたくありません。 When I went the first time, I explained the symptoms and the medicine I received from the otolaryngologist and told him that I had asthma, but I was told to wait outside because I had a cough, and I was examined by phone.
