和風ラーメン1000円 中目黒の有名和食屋さんがお昼にラーメンを。。。これは食べないと(^^) ほどなく到着、まずは麺のみ到着でキレイな麺顔、それから具材の別皿 節系(鰹)の旨味と貝(浅蜊かな?他も居るかな?)の旨味の和出汁しっかりの美味しいスープ、これは凄い、タレや油は味付くらいの感じで出汁自体がえらい旨い(^^♪ 黄色がかった中細のちぢれ麺はいわゆるラーメンの麺、これはラーメンっぽさのためにあえてこの麺のなのかな?ズルズルプリっと美味しいね、でもこのスープに合う麺は他にもありそうな感じも。。。 白髪ネギ以外の具材は別皿提供 鴨ロースは極上で味付も柔らかさも肉自体も凄い旨い、青ネギも青くささが面白い、(恐らくスープを取った後の)浅蜊の身も生姜の効いたあっさり味付の佃煮風?で品がいい、竹の子も柔らかく味も良く、海苔も風味バツグン、豆板醤は辛いがいいアクセント と、具材もすべて隙が無い。。。
