Ask them to listen to their sleep conditions and receive appropriate advice. The price is high at first! I thought, but I think that it was a good shopping in the long run because maintenance after making a order is free.
y	yuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の方の態度が最悪でした。その日にどうしても必要だったので購入しましたが、急ぎでなければこの店では買いませんでした。冷やかしだと思われたのかもしれませんが、最後まで笑顔無しで睨みつけるような顔で気分は最悪でした。良い商品を置いているのにもったいない。 The attitude of the clerk was the worst. I bought it because I absolutely needed it that day, but I didn't buy it at this store unless I was in a hurry. It may have seemed ridiculous, but I felt terrible with a glaring face without a smile until the end. It's a waste to have good products.
く	くちたにちろる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かれこれ4年ほど使っています。メンテナンスに3ヶ月ごとに行けば「早くないですかぁ？」と鼻で笑いながら言われました。つぶ綿が明らかにへたれてるから行ってるのに･･･で、他の素材に変えてもらいましたが、メンテナンスに行っても中材をしっかり点検せずに返されます。何日か使ったらすぐへたれたのでおかしいと中を見たら、中材が潰れたまま。ぺたんこの枕で寝るので、肩こりも酷くなるばかり。他を検討しています。仕事はしないくせに、他の商品の売り付けだけは熱心にしてくるのでうんざりする。 I've been using it for about 4 years now. If I went to maintenance every three months, I was laughing with my nose and said, "Isn't it early?" I'm going because the whelk is obviously worn out ... So, I changed to another material, but even if I went to maintenance, it was returned without thoroughly inspecting the middle material. After using it for a few days, it sank immediately, so when I looked inside, the middle material remained crushed. Since I sleep on a petanko pillow, my stiff shoulders just get worse. I'm considering others. Even though I don't work, I'm tired of selling other products.
