いままで通った整骨院の中で一番良いです！！！！
（理由はつらつら、長くなりますが後述しますね）
整骨院というと、痛みを一時的に和らげる&取り除くと言うイメージがあると想います。
私もいままで、首が痛くなると整骨院にいき、取り除き、数日たつとまた痛みが出るので、整骨院に行く。という感じでした。
こちらの整骨院は、他の整骨院と同様にその場で調子の悪い箇所を取り除いてくれますが、
加えて更に、
生活環境をヒアリングし、発生原因をつきとめ、どうすれば正常な状態をキープできるが、からだのバランスを維持出来るか、等、具体的にアドバイスしてくれます。（修行のような内容でなく、日常生活の中で全く支障なく出来るレベルです）
こちらにかかってから、痛みの緩和だけでなく、自分のからだのクセを知り、自分で体のバランスを維持出来るようになり、
いままで、整骨院には週2-3回通っていましたが、2-3週間で１回に減りました♪
さらに、痛みが発生しないで再診するときもあります。
また、他にもスポーツをしている人には、日常生活だけでなく、そのスポーツで効果的に動くためのトレーニング方法も教えてくれます。（たぶん、パーソナルトレーナーレベルです。）

施術後は、顔もスッキリし、エラの痛みも抑えられました。自分の場合は保険もおりたので、値段も予想よりお安かったです。
池袋駅から約8分程、大きな道を進むだけで行ける立地の良さと、店員さんの丁寧な接客に加え、すぐに効果を実感できた為、

写真を撮って横からの姿勢からくる身体の歪みとかも教えて頂き、初めての整骨院でしたが、今後暫くはお世話になりそうです。
次回は私の身体の症状から保険適用も可のようなので、ただのマッサージ屋さんで揉みほぐしてもらうだけでなく、ちゃんとした医療を施して頂けるようで、大変良い整骨院になりました。。
