途中、紙のトラブル？とかで5分くらい中断してましたが、スタッフ一同が協力し合っててなんだか微笑ましかったです。
接客もキビキビしていて且、丁寧でした。
先生も優しい方でした。
日々、自分達もコロナの感染者になるかもしれない恐怖と闘っているだろうに、発熱外来を行なっていて頭が下がります。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になる症状が出てしまい都内で公費でPCR検査を受けられ、尚且つ即日結果が分かる病院をネットで検索したらこの病院が出て来ました。WEB上で時間予約、保険証や問診票が提出出来たので来院後は待合室(少し狭いですが風通しはいいです)で座ってるだけですみました。
予約時間ピッタリ(数分早く？)に案内してもらえました。幸い陰性でした。先生は年配の女性の方で優しく問診してくれ、受付や看護師の方はみんな明るくて安心感を与えてくれました。薬は他院で処方して頂いたので、お会計は3000円もしませんでした。滞在時間20分弱です。
When I searched the internet for a hospital where I had anxious symptoms and could undergo a PCR test at public expense in Tokyo and could get the results on the same day, this hospital came out. I was able to make a time reservation, submit an insurance card and a questionnaire on the WEB, so after coming to the hospital, I just sat in the waiting room (a little small but well-ventilated).
I was guided to the reservation time exactly (a few minutes earlier?). Fortunately it was negative. The teacher was an elderly woman who kindly asked me questions, and the receptionists and nurses were all cheerful and reassuring. The medicine was prescribed at another hospital, so I didn't pay 3000 yen. The stay time is less than 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族が新型コロナウィルスに感染し濃厚接触者としてPCR検査を受けさせていただきました。自分自身、感染してるのではないかと不安でいっぱいでしたが受付の方も丁寧に対応していただき安心して検査をうけられました。検査をしてくださった先生も状況を色々と聞いていただき、万が一感染して症状が出た場合また診察に来るのも辛いだろうとおっしゃって症状ごとに服用するお薬も処方してくれました。クリニックの皆さまもこのような状況の中、感染リスクも高く不安でいるはずなのに笑顔で私たち患者に対応していただいて本当に感謝でいっぱいです。おかげさまで陰性という結果をいただいてホッとしたかぎりです。ありがとうございました。

公費で受けられたため、初診料と薬代で4000円ほどでした。
非常にてきぱきと行っていただいて、病院についてから会計までわずか10分ほどしかかかりませんでした。
医師の方も受付の方も優しそうな感じです。
また、午前に検査をしたところ、私の場合17時過ぎには結果をメールで通知していただけました。
発熱外来はどこも予約が取れない中、Web予約で問診まで完結し、検査も迅速に済ませることができ、非常に感謝しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 発熱、喉の痛み、頭痛、寒気、倦怠感などの症状が出て、こちらで公費PCR検査を受けました。診察料と薬代で3800円ほどで済みました。他の方が書かれているようなこと（看護師さんの態度が悪い等）はありませんでした。スムーズに受付をしてくださいました。また、前日に予約したにも関わらず、検査の際にはきちんと症状などに合わせて薬を処方してくださり、非常に親切な病院だなと思いました。ひっきりなしに電話が鳴り、検査希望者の方が病院に訪れている中で丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。

待合室はパーテーションで症状有りの方と無しの方のゾーンを分けているだけで大丈夫かなと思いました。
予約がたくさんあるのは分かりますが、医師の方の診察は一言二言で終わってしまって、看護師さんの言うことも曖昧で、これで診察料を取るのかと面食らいました。無料のPCR検査受けに行けば良かったなぁと思いました。
ただキャッシュレス対応をしていて、結果が当日知れるのはいい点だと思いました。

風邪症状があり、同僚が陽性でかかりつけの主治医からも検査の必要ありとの事でしたが、どこにも電話はつながらず、ネットでみつかったのがまめクリニックさんでした。受付の方も簡潔、明確な対応、
ドクターにもしっかりとした聴き取りをしていただき、スムーズに検査をしていただきました。
事前に保険証と薬手帳を写メで送り、問診票も送ってあったので短時間で終わりました。
診療所はマンションの1室で広くはありませんが、
パーテーションなどでしきりを作って患者同士が密にならない工夫があったり、ドアを開けたままの換気をしていたりと感染対策がしっかりしていました。時間短縮にもなるので事前にメールで送られてくる問診票は記入されると良いと思います。
とても快適に検査を受けさせていただき、ありがとうございました。
