処方される薬の種類も、必要か？って言うくらい毎回多い。
他の皮膚科に変えたら予約なしでもすぐ診てくれてお会計も機会で、処方される薬もシンプルで全てが効率良かったから尚更そう思いました。

ですが改善していただきたい点としてとにかく待ち時間が長すぎます。
予約した時間に来院してまさか1時間待たされるとは誰が想像したでしょう。せめて予約していたなら15分以内にしてほしいです、でないなら30分なり60分後の時間に来るようにしてほしいです。夜は恒常的に混んでいるんですから予約枠を減らすなり工夫の余地はないのでしょうか。

行った事を今でも後悔しています。
受付の女性も感じがよいと思った事は1度もない
数年前に足の裏のホクロが気になり来院
まず待ち時間が非常に長い。
病理に回して検査するからと
ちゃんと同意をしないまま足の裏に勝手に麻酔をされてホクロの部分切られました。←対応したのは院長
痛くないから大丈夫と言っていたが
何が大丈夫なのか。
自分で足の裏切ってみたらわかるのではないか。
実際足の裏なので帰るのが非常に大変だったし
帰宅したら靴下が血だらけでその後激痛で1週間歩けず会社にも行けず
自宅でも上手く歩けず非常に最悪な思いをしました。
検査結果を聞きに再来。
足の裏を切られたから
凄い痛かったんですがと伝えたが
えー痛かった？みたいな対応にイラッとした
結局ホクロは皮膚がんなどでもなかったが
対応が最悪なのでもう二度と行きません。

最寄りの皮膚科に行った際は抗生剤しか貰えませんでしたが、こちらのクリニックではビタミン剤3種類、抗生剤、塗り薬1種類、漢方などしっかり処方をしていただけました。わたしは多め希望だったので嬉しかったですが少ないほうがよければ先生に相談してみてはと思います。
初診でも予約はできるみたいです。多分電話かな？ネット予約は会員番号が必要になると思います。わたしは休日の17時に予約なしで伺いました。10分前に着きましたがすでに2人並んでいました。
予約されている方がほとんどだと思います。待ち時間は10分も待たずに診察となりトータル15分ぐらいでクリニックを出ることが出来ました。
また2週間後に伺いたいと思います。

It seems that you can make a reservation even for the first visit. Maybe a phone call? I think you will need your membership number to make online reservations. I visited at 17:00 on a holiday without a reservation. I arrived 10 minutes ago, but there were already two people in line.
I think most people have a reservation. The waiting time was less than 10 minutes, and I was able to leave the clinic in about 15 minutes in total.
I would like to visit you again in two weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粉瘤が炎症を起こしひどく腫れたので訪院。
仕事の後で遅くまだやっていたのでありがたかった。予約したので待ちは15分程度。問診に記載した為、診察後すぐに処置をしてくれました。患者さんをさばかなきゃいけないので、先生はあさっりとしていましたが、痛みの伴う処置だったので処置中は優しく声をかけてくれました。処置後、先生は今後のことをさらっと話、次の診察へ行かれました。その後のフォローは看護師さんにしてもらって、質問に対してもしっかり答えてくれました！最初に受付をしてくれた方もとても感じが良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been tortured by my ingrown toe nail for several months, until this clinic saved my life. The environment was nice and the doctor was patient. I had a small surgery within 15 minutes and it wasn't painful at all except for the injection of the narcotic. After the surgery I got some medicine, including antibiotics and pain killer. Actually I didn't feel any pain at all even after the influence of the narcotic. I really recommend it to everyone who is troubled by a ingrown nail(卷爪), and you will be released from the hell.
