S	S Rina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の口コミにもある通り、本当にひどい対応です。愛想が良いのは契約時のみです。郵送すると話していた書類が1ヶ月たっても届かないため確認の電話をしたところ、まだ話が終わっていないにも関わらず別の電話(新規契約用の番号)が鳴るとこちらの電話は放置したまま電話をとって話始める(しかも保留ボタンを押さないので会話丸聞こえ笑)という芸当を何度か見せていただきました。こちらも流石に耐えかね、その対応はおかしいと指摘したところ先方逆ギレ。今日は休みが多くて忙しい等、こちらの知ったことではない事情を延々とまくしたてられ、仕舞いには「月曜日に再度電話してください(怒)！！」。これまでも不親切だなと感じることはありましたが、ここまでマナーもモラルもない顧客対応は初めてです。 As the other people's reviews say, it's a really terrible response.
