さ	さゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「アフターサポート充実してます」と言われアフターサポート受けたことありません。住まい給付金の申請、確定申告の補助ありません。サポートすると言われましたがなんの連絡も無く、全て自分で調べてやりました。おそらく担当者レベルによるサービスの違いなのかの思いますが、家売ったらハイ終わり！です。住まいるサポートの請求書も勝手に送られてきました。そんな連絡一切なく、継続するしないの確認もなく、勝手に請求書送られてきて正直引きました。一生に一度の高価な買い物は、ここじゃないどこかをお勧めします。 I have never received after-sales support when I was told that "after-sales support is substantial".
