10割そばでも白く透明なのは、そばの実の殻を除けて中の部分だけを贅沢に使っているからだそうです。季節によってそばの実の産地も変えたりなど旨いそばへのこだわりを聞くと面白いです。

麺は細くきれいです。隣の建物で麺を打っているようです。
席はテーブルと座敷があります。

併せて日本酒の量が一人前にしてはとても多く、呑みきるのに結構大変でした。
うれしい誤算ですね。

天ぷらは、サクサクで、中もいい感じに素材の味を残してましたね。美味しかったので、こっちに来たらまた伺いたいです。

ただ、店員さんの応対はイマイチでした。
人数は多いのに、段取りが悪いのか、回転も悪くグダグダです。後から来た客を先に案内したり、違う客の会計伝票を渡したり、順番を待っている間も、厨房の奥から店員の雑談が聞こえたり、ちょっと残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の中はBGMも流れてなく、とても静かなお店です。調理場で従業員さん達が仲良くお話してるのが店内にまで聞こえてきてました。お蕎麦は喉ごしがよく美味しかったですが蕎麦汁が少なく蕎麦湯を頂いたのですが飲めるほど残ってなく残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰が強く細切りの透明感のある十割蕎麦。蕎麦の味を邪魔しない自己主張しないかえしと絶妙なバランス。どれをとってもゼッピンです。福島を訪れたら必ず寄ってみたくなるお店ですが、11時開店で蕎麦がなくなり次第閉店するのでタイミングが難しい。
