日比谷大神宮が現在の飯田橋に移される際に、大神宮と共に遷座されました。歌舞伎役者 9代目市川團十郎が熱心に信仰していたお稲荷様でもあります。
東京大神宮の境内右側にひっそりと鎮座しています。
