自宅の向かいに、この会社が請け負うお宅が建ちました。
早朝から騒音が酷く、自宅のベランダの目の前を、作業員の方がウロウロしている落ち着かない状況。
見晴らしの良かった景観も塞がれてしまいました。
施行期間は守られず、予定日を過ぎても工事音はしばらく止みませんでした。
ここまで迷惑をかけておいて、企業の対応は工事の事前告知のチラシ1枚のみ。
あまりのことに苦情を伝えると、謝罪に伺いたいと申し出があったので、先方が指定した日時を、休日の時間を割いて空けておきましたが、なんと直前で伺うのは差し控えるとの連絡がありました。
理由を聞いても、社の判断で、としか言わず話になりません。
この会社に周囲への対応を任せていると、近所から顰蹙を買います。
新居に越した際、近隣住民から白い目で見られる懸念も含め、検討したほうがいいです。
