A village office surrounded by majestic stone. In FY2017, we are building a new facility in front of the government office for reconstruction. Maybe it will be the most well-equipped village in Fukushima Prefecture. If the surrounding FIBC packs disappear, I think it will be a beautiful village.

I would like to talk about Iitate Village in my memory. Since there was no other suitable place, it was unavoidably posted to the government office. In the Showa era, I used to work part-time at Coca-Cola to take a bottle car and deliver it to shops and pensions in the village. I don't know if it's a plateau or a highland, but I was impressed by the clear air and the sight of cows grazing in the summer lying on the road, completely blocking the road. Since it is a village near the top of the Abukuma Mountains, I think the temperature was about 10 degrees lower than in Fukushima City even in midsummer. That's why long-sleeved uniforms were essential. I learned that the soil in the fields is really black and has a color peculiar to the highlands. In the cold summer years due to abnormal weather, no rice was produced and the crops in the fields were dying. I was worried about how everyone would live, but when I went there the following summer, I was living without any problems. I was relieved. Little by little, Iitate village was becoming famous, and the cars with the number plates in Tokyo became noticeable. I think that the popularity as a summer resort and the existence of branded cows have combined to make it a tourist destination. By the way, when I went to winter, I remember being surprised to find a cow in the main building. I tried to convince myself that the coexistence of humans and cows is natural ❗️, but the lunch I ate while looking at the cows felt uncomfortable, and every time I met the cows, I repeatedly distracted them. I did. It's just now, but it's all my memories of youth. It was a lot of fun and I loved this land. I don't dare to talk about it now, but I'm really sorry.

Although I often come to Fukushima for work, everyone is a nice person, but Mr. Otani of the Residents Division was a very nice and kind person. I think it will be hard due to the earthquake and typhoon, but I would like to do my best. I think it is a very good village.

There are many objects in the village made of stone, which is the village's main industry. When you stroke the head of Jizo-san in front of the government office, a villager song flows.

Although it is a new building such as a government office, a school, a clinic, a grand facility, etc., it still does not function as a residential area because the radiation dose from the nuclear accident remains high for some reason. There are no shops when you enter a little from the national highway. docomo's radio waves also do not arrive. However, there are beautiful cherry trees everywhere and they are beautiful. I wish you a resurrection as soon as possible.

It is a government office built in the mountains as if it were being built in a new city, by concentrating public projects on it. After that, it would be perfect if there were railways, but I am still worried about radiation. Although we are trying to increase the number of people, there are also concerns that we can really live in peace. Forcibly dropping a public project into the mountain, creating a new town that just says to forget about the nuclear power plant and live, even if you are asked to live, it is a waste of tax I would like to say that I would like to see more support for the victim than doing such public works. Rather than just being assured of security, I would like to see more care given to the victims and one day build a town where everyone can live with peace of mind. Only the building is a magnificent office.
