新型ウイルスの為、曜日や時間に変更がありなかなか自分の時間が合わず行けなかったですが久しぶりの陶板浴。
体から汗を出してスッキリ、サッパリ☺️
効き目は？効果は？とよく聞かれますが正直な話体調の変化は感じられず(笑)
ただの自己満足？
効果は実感できませんが汗をかいてスッキリして爽快な気持ちにはなり、行き始めてから風邪はひかず花粉症もほとんど感じない。
これが陶板浴の効果といいきれませんが私は行く事で精神的に落ち着く感じがして自分にはプラスになっているかなと。
個人差はありますがスッキリ、サッパリを望む方は1度お試しを?
