タ	タフ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下総中山駅から歩いてすぐなのでアクセスがよく、同じビルには100円ショップやスーパー、衣服や靴の量販店も入っています。マシンジムは広く同じエリア内にスタジオが2つあり、レッスンの合間にマシンジムでトレーニングをすることが出来ます。スタジオの収容人数も多いので定員を気にする事なく脂肪燃焼効果の高いレッスンを思う存分参加できます。ただ、フィットネスバイクプログラムは定員制のようです。施設内入って清潔に保たれ、スタッフからは細やかな心遣いでいろいろアドバイスして貰えるのでオススメです。 It's a short walk from Shimousanakayama Station, so it's accessible, and the same building also has a 100 yen shop, a supermarket, and a large store of clothes and shoes. There are two studios in the same area widely in the machine gym, and you can train at the machine gym between lessons. う	うじまっちゃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレベーター自体が旧式で異様に遅い。下の階のクリニックの客が多くてますますエレベーターで待たされる。室内施設は充実しているし、プールもコースが多くてとてもいい。しかし、朝の早い時間帯は、勘違い常連客が我が物顔でコースを占拠している。風呂もマナーの悪い利用者が多い。コナミ全体に言えることだが、施設の修理に信じられないくらい時間がかかる。下総中山店のロッカールームの清掃のおばさんにはとても感謝。 The elevator itself is old-fashioned and unusually slow. There are many customers in the clinic on the lower floors, and they are waiting more and more in the elevator. The indoor facilities are substantial, and the pool has many courses, which is very nice. However, in the early hours of the morning, misunderstanding regular customers occupy the course with their own faces. Many users also have bad manners in the bath. As with Konami as a whole, repairing the facility takes an incredible amount of time. I am very grateful to the aunt who cleaned the locker room at the Shimosa Nakayama store.
