ライフスタイルなどを始め顧客の要望をしっかり引き出していただいたうえで、家族構成や今後5年10年先を見据えた視点からアドバイスいただけました。
今までの物件探しでは、自分達で住みたい物件を探して、たまたま掲載している不動産屋さんで契約をするだけというイメージでしたが、本当に一緒に物件を親身になって探していただけて感激です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend PREB corp to anyone looking to rent a place. Mr Takahashi is very detailed and willing to find the best property that suits you. He takes into concern my every requests when looking for a rental property. Although he shows you properties that are available on the market, he gives honest opinions as to whether the property is worth renting or not. Very rare of such agents to give honest opinions as everyone just wants fast and easy jobs. He sorted out all my utilities and even moving of furniture was settled by him as well. His after-sales service is also superb and tries his best to help even though he is busy with other work.
I speak zero japanese and Mr Takahashi speaks zero english but with the help of google translate, we still managed to close a deal. So language barrier is definitely not a problem with him.
