矢	矢部薫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小布施スマートインターチェンジから下りて小布施の中心街に行く途中、栗や林檎の畑の中にある?「松仙堂」と達筆で書かれた大きな看板が目印? 小布施堂や櫻井甘精堂、竹風堂の御三家が全国区ならば、松仙堂は小布施町民御用達の地元密着型のお店。こだわりのあまり、お菓子の材料の栗を自家栽培でまかなっている⭐️正真正銘の小布施栗使用? 前回は2月の訪問だったので、栗ペーストのみの購入。今回は9月の栗の季節だったから、季節限定の「空蝉」と栗おこわを買うことができた? 栗の茶巾絞りの「空蝉」は、栗と砂糖のみ?甘さも控え目で、栗本来の甘味とコクを感じられる?? 栗おこわは、栗や飯の量が少な目であった。せっかくなので、栗多めにしてもらえたら嬉しい。前回、奥さんに「トーストにバターと栗ペーストを塗ると美味しい?」と言われて買った栗ペースト。今回は2つ購入?あっという間に食べ終わってしまったから? ジャムも珍しい果物を使ったものまで種類が多くて選ぶのに迷ってしまう?⤴️? 願わくば、このお店は手作りの温もりや、食に対して安全性を求める人に来て欲しい。 On the way down from the Obuse smart interchange to the center of Obuse, there is a big sign in the chestnut and apple fields ?
