★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムだけでなく、いろいろなプログラムがあるので飽きずに通えます。帰りに気軽に温泉に入れるのもうれしいです。
スタッフの皆さんも親切で、プログラムなどに参加していると会員同士も仲良くなれるので楽しく通っています。
In addition to the gym, there are various programs so you can go there without getting bored. I'm glad that I can easily take a hot spring on my way home.
The staff are also kind, and if you participate in programs, the members can get along well with each other, so I enjoy going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間オープンして欲しいまでは言わないが、せめて早朝にして欲しい。出勤前のサラリーマンや早起きの老人などニーズはたくさんあるに違いないので。
施設はやや古いが設備は充実している。
I won't say until I want it to be open 24 hours a day, but at least I want it to be early in the morning. There must be many needs such as office workers before going to work and old people who get up early.
The facility is a little old but well equipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジムというものに行き始めて3週間。3ヶ月はサポート体制がとられていて、コーチの方の週1回の指導とアプリを通した励ましで、運動習慣の継続を応援してくれます。
結果を期待したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当トレーナーさんの面倒見も良く、適切なアドバイスを頂き、体重も落ちてきてます。たっぷり運動した後も、温泉に入ってリラックス出来ます。次の日も疲れが残りません。おすすめです。
The trainer in charge takes good care of me, receives appropriate advice, and I'm losing weight. Even after exercising a lot, you can relax in the hot springs. I will not be tired the next day. it's recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前にも通っていたことがありましたが、諸事情により退会。昨年10月よりダイエット目的で再入会しました。以前とは異なり、入会して3ヶ月間は週1回トレーナーの指導を受けるスクールというグループに参加しなければならないシステムになっていて、正直、少し面倒だなと思っていました。ところが、自己流でやって効果が出ないからトレーナーの言う通りにやってみる、すると少し効果が出る、ということが3回ほどあり、スクールの期限の3ヶ月で３kg減。そこでやめるのがもったいなくて、スクールをさらに3ヶ月延長し、現在6ヶ月目、1ヶ月1kg減を維持して6kg減まできました。運動嫌いの50代なのでここまで効果が出るとは思っていなかったのですが、プロによる運動指導と食事指導は期待以上でした。私の担当トレーナーが管理栄養士の有資格者ということもあるかも知れませんが、食事のとり方の基本もたたき込まれ（笑）、私が頑固なので絶対変わらないと思っていた毎日の食事への意識も変化、モチベーションをキープし続けられています。運動と温泉の相乗効果か、いつの間にか肩こりもなくなりました。
I had attended before, but due to various reasons, I withdrew. I re-enrolled for the purpose of dieting from October last year. Unlike before, the system is such that you have to join a group called a school where you receive trainer guidance once a week for three months after joining, and honestly, I thought it was a little troublesome. However, there are about 3 times that if you try it as the trainer says, it will be a little effective because it will not be effective if you do it in your own way, and it will be reduced by 3 kg in 3 months of the school deadline. I didn't want to quit there, so I extended the school for another 3 months, and now in the 6th month, I've been able to maintain a 1kg loss per month and lose 6kg. I'm in my 50s, who hate exercise, so I didn't expect it to be effective, but professional exercise and dietary guidance exceeded my expectations. My trainer may be a qualified dietitian, but the basics of how to eat are also struck (laughs), and I'm stubborn, so I thought that it would never change. My consciousness has changed and I continue to keep my motivation. Perhaps because of the synergistic effect of exercise and hot springs, my stiff shoulders disappeared before I knew it.
