★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護師さんや理学療法士の対応はすごく良いです。ただリハビリ受付の方はもう少し愛想よくした方がいいんじゃないかと思うスタッフの方が数名います。あとリハビリの待ち時間が毎回一時間は余裕で超えるのでシステム等改善して頂けると助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の態度がひどいです。交通事故に遭い通っていたのですが「自賠責ならCTもMRIも何回撮ってもいいよ、あなたは払わなくていいし、病院もそのほうが儲かるからね」と言われました。他の病院の先生は「CTは放射線を使用するからあまり撮らない方がいい」と患者の身体を優先してる様子が伺えました。
痛みが減らないからリハビリしたいと申し出ると「この症状でリハビリしても意味がない。病院が疑われちゃうよ」と言われ、湿布が欲しいと言ったら「あんまり意味ないけど出しとくね。」などいちいち何か言わないと気が済まないみたいです。他の先生には診療してもらっていませんが、院長にあたるととにかく気分が悪くなります。スタッフの方は良い人が多いのでとても残念ですがもう行きません。

理学療法士の方やスタッフの方は良い方が多く知識も豊富です。
理学療法士の方は行くたびに代わったり代わらなかったりして、それによって状態の確認方法やアプローチの仕方、自宅でのリハビリメニューが代わってきます。なので、相互の話し合いが若干必要になってきます。
他の方の意見にスタッフの対応が悪いとありますが、確かにクールに対応をされるときもあります。が、愛想もよく丁寧に対応してくれる人もいます。

お世話になっているトレーナーさんから信頼できる先生がいらっしゃるとお聞きし、予約をして受診しました。
他の病院で明確な診断がされずモヤモヤとした気持ちで数ヶ月過ごしておりましたが、初診で的確に診断していただき、これから治療に取り組みます。口コミに書かれている待ち時間が長いなどありますが、予約すればそれほど待ち時間も長くなく、受付も分かりやすく工夫されて取り組まれているのを感じました。
これからもよろしくお願いします。

診察やリハビリの先生は丁寧です。理学療法士の方はフレンドリーかつ親身に診てくださいます。症状が良くならず大好きなスポーツも今後続けられるのかと不安な中、とても励まされます。
受付の対応で最初と最後嫌な気持ちになることが多いので残念です。
恐らくいつも同じ方で保険証の扱いが雑だったり、硬貨はカルトンにきちんと乗ってなかったり、とりあえず面倒臭そう…
先日行ったときは会計が自動精算に変わったが場所も教えてもらえず、うろうろしましたが自分で見つけるまで声をかけられませんでした。
あと驚いたのが、保険証の受け取りのサインを求められたことです。他の病院では一度も書いたことありません。そんな対応だから何か問題が起きたのでは?と思ってしまいます。
受付票を取ったり案内がないと難しいので、もう少し聞きやすい雰囲気にしてほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かかりつけの病院のシステムが悪くなったので当時口コミで評判が良かったこの病院を見つけ転院しました。初診から担当は理事長先生で後から内科医だと知ってビックリしました。整形外科なのに何故専門外の先生が診察するのか?今でも疑問です。勿論専門的な診断が必要な時は他の病院から来る専門医に予約を入れてくれる親切はありますよ。理事長先生は初めの頃はまぁまぁ親切な対応でしたが慣れて来ると感情の起伏が激しく、気分を露骨に表すようになり、何かカンに触る事や少し質問しただけで激高し怒鳴られます。その後も何度かそのような事があって、聞きたい事や相談したい事があっても躊躇するようになりました。またリハビリの問診は乳腺科の女性医師が担当。こちらも質問をしようとすると「私に聞かないで下さい!」と冷たくあしらわれます。また別の曜日に予約して院長先生に診てもらった時があったのですが診察室に入るなり「私は貴方診た事がないので診ません。帰って下さい」と信じられない言葉。毎週決まった曜日にリハビリの予約を入れますがその日の都合が悪かったり予約が入らない時は別の曜日になってしまいます。それなのに「診た事がない患者だから」と診察拒否するんですよ?他所の病院から来る先生は親切で丁寧な方もいらっしゃいますが主になってる先生達がこんな感じでは高評価は付けられないです。患者が先生達の顔色を伺って気を使わなきゃいけない病院ですね(笑)リハビリは担当がコロコロ変わるので当たり外れがあります。マッサージも的確で症状が軽くなる人も居れば、患部に触ってるだけで何も効果ない人もいます。リハビリの機械はさすがスポーツクリニックだけあって沢山あります。予約が取りにくいのと待ち時間が長いのと先生達に気を使うのが難点。皆さん待ち時間のコメントも多いのですが予約してても確かに長いです。スポーツクリニックですからスポーツで負傷した学生が多く、先生や親御さんが付き添われてるので人が多いですね。一時コロナで学校が休校だったりした時は院内がガラガラでしたので患者の多くは学生さんだと思います。参考になれば…。
