★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年こちらの物件に住みましたが入居前もクリーニング代払ったのに全然綺麗じゃない、退去する際も地震によるクロスの剥がれであるにもかかわらず色々なことを請求され、結果15万円も支払うことになった。ここはまともにクリーニングもせずマンション管理も全くしてくれずエントランスはいつも埃の塊が大量に落ちていた。
キッチン排水溝に関しては絶対に取り付けてあるはずのパッキンがついておらず
下水の匂いが部屋中に充満。適当にビニールテープを巻いて補修されましたが匂い改善されなかったので自分で修復した。
とにかくクロス貼りもクッションフロアも建具もつくりが雑すぎる上、それを平然と引き渡す不動産会社です
