宿の方がどなたもとても気さくで親切です。公衆浴場巡りに行くことを伝えると、村内宿泊者用のパスを貸していただいたりしました。
料理はとても美味しく、また珍しいものもいろいろいただきました。メニューを最初に見せて貰えるのですが、そこに載っていないような季節のもの(行者ニンニクの葉のおひたしであるとか、あけびの新芽であるとか)を頂けたりして面白かったです。
料理の中では、はっとうや舞茸ご飯がとても気に入りました。2連泊だったので翌日は少しメニューを変えていただけたりしたのでそれも良かったです。
お風呂は食事時間の前後での入れ替え制でした。内湯はほぼ同じ作りですが、露天風呂の形状が異なります。
1人旅で利用できる宿はなかなか多くはないので、そういう意味でもとても助かりました。
I used it in a situation where I traveled alone and stayed for two consecutive nights.
Everyone at the inn is very friendly and kind. When I told them that I was going to visit the public baths, they lent me a pass for the guests in the village.
The food was very delicious and I received a lot of unusual food. I was able to see the menu first, but it was interesting to receive seasonal items that are not listed there (such as the leaves of allium ochotense and the sprouts of akebi).
Among the dishes, I really liked Hattoya Maitake rice. It was good because I stayed for 2 consecutive nights and could change the menu a little the next day.
The bath was replaced before and after meal time. The indoor bath is made almost the same, but the shape of the open-air bath is different.
There aren't many inns that can be used for traveling alone, so it was very helpful in that sense as well.

スタッフの方々も笑顔で、館内も清潔で大変良かったです。
The nature is abundant, the body and mind are rested, the food is healthy, and the chars, mushrooms, and soba noodles are very delicious.
The staff were smiling and the hall was clean and very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津駒ヶ岳登山の為に片泊まり宿泊。早朝のチェックアウトにも対応してくれるのはさすが登山宿。檜枝岐もとっくの昔から秘境感は無く、補助金投入で道路も公共施設もご立派で今は単に遠い山の中の集落となったが登山利用には優れた温泉地である。夕飯に養殖山椒魚の天ぷらが出て来たので仲居さんに今でも食べるの?と聞いたら、いや食べたこと無い、と。お湯はさらさらで特筆すべきものは無いが温まる。宿代に見合っている旅館だった。
Overnight stay for climbing Mt. Aizu Komagatake. As expected, a mountaineering inn also supports early morning check-out. Hinoemata hasn't had a sense of seclusion since ancient times, and with the subsidy, the roads and public facilities are excellent, and now it's just a village in a distant mountain, but it's an excellent hot spring area for mountaineering. The tempura of farmed salamander came out for dinner, so when I asked Mr. Nakai if he still eats it, he said he had never eaten it. The hot water is smooth and warm, although there is nothing special to mention. It was an inn that was worth the accommodation fee.

음식이 정갈하고 맛있는이유는 금방 만들어진 것을 바로 먹을 수 있도록 빠르게 서빙하는 직원들의 정성입니다.
료칸 입구에는 오제 트레킹과 마을의 관공 정보가 많이 있어 마을의 전설...오제 트레킹 코스에대해 많이 알게되었습니다.
다시가고싶은 료칸입니다.

The reason why the food is clean and delicious is the sincerity of the staff who serve you quickly so that you can eat what is made right away.
At the entrance of the ryokan, there is a lot of information about Oze trekking and the town's government officials, so I learned a lot about the legend of the town...Oze trekking course.
This is a ryokan I would like to go back to.

温泉は無色透明のアルカリ泉で肌がツルツルなりました。
旦那さんも女将さんもとても丁寧で明るい接客で、また必ずお邪魔したいと思いました！
