他の方が言う通り、有り得ない好条件の間違った情報の物件を餌として、客を釣っている。
アイディーハウス大井町店を利用するとき、まずは掲載情報がきちんとあっているか、申込書が既に入っていないかなどを確認した方がいい。

オトリではなかったかもしれないが、推しの物件で訪問したら、興味のない物件(グレードダウン物件)を無駄に紹介されて、そうこうしているうちに目的の物件が他の人に契約された。
担当者も近辺の相場が分かっていない素人さんに当たったのがついていなかったのか。
その後メールをしてくることもなく、何のリカバリーもしようとしない。接客業者の鏡。こんな事ならお隣のエイブルとかに最初から行けば良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスは最低ライン。電話を次の日すると言って放置される。こちらから何度も催促してようやく動く。退去時の待ち合わせ時間を40分近くオーバーして「遅れてすみません」の一言もない。契約する時も新人に上司の悪口を聞かされる始末。
本当にこの会社を使わなければよかった。
何よりも敷金が全く返ってこない。詐欺会社です。
めちゃめちゃ綺麗に使っていたのに、退去後の清掃・施工費を盛り盛りにして金をふんだくる最低な会社。
この会社を使ったら確実に不幸になります。
もっといい不動産会社はたくさんあるのでアイディハウスだけは使わない方が良いです。

上京のための部屋探しで時間もなかったためそのまま利用しましたが、そうでなければ帰っていたところです。
こういった不動産業界の腐ったモラルは早く改善されるといいですね。
