★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の積もる日曜日わざわざ年賀状を出しに行った。「ATM側の入口から入ってください」とあったのに中扉が閉まっていて、ATMのあるところには投函の箱もなく年賀状は持ち帰りました。
 I went all the way to get a New Year's card on a snowy Sunday. The middle door was closed even though I was told "Please enter from the entrance on the ATM side", and there was no box for posting at the place where the ATM was, so I took the New Year's card home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎度毎度毎度毎度 時間にルーズすぎる。商売とは程遠いレベルでルーズすぎる。お友達かなにかで遊びの約束の時間かなにかと勘違いでもしているのだろうか。
取り敢えずこの企業レベルで日本の上場を飾れることは、強く理解した。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 再配達を１４時～１６時の間と直接電話で調整しました。しかし当日１３時前に帰宅すると何故か１２時に再配達されていて再度不在連絡表が入ってました。メモには『これは再配達です‼️』と書いてあり、予定を守ったのに不愉快になりました。毎回一回目で受け取れれば良いけど、仕事があってどうしても受け取れないから再配達依頼してるのに。これでは依頼しにくいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オペレーションの年配女性の対応は良かったのですが、午前中に届くはずの商品がオペレーター曰くその日の配達物が多いため遅れるとのこと。
……待ちました結果、到着時間は14:00。
日本郵便は時間に適当なのは有名で知ってはいましたが、午前中に届ける案件がそちらの都合で14:00はさすがに無いと思いました。
ましてや事前にこちらから朝の時点に軽薄にも電話で確認致してますし、商品にも受取人表記の電話番号が有るのですから遅れるなら遅れるで電話の1本ぐらいほしかったです。少なくともこちらからは、電話してますから。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人のクチコミにも有ったが、家人が二人ずっと在宅していたにも関わらず、ゆうパックの不在票を置いていかれた。
ドアチャイム鳴らせば絶対に気が付かないはずがない程のこじんまりした家だってのに。
こんなことは今迄にも何度か有ったが、やらかすのはいつもゆうパックで、他の宅配業者では発生したことはない。
因みに、当該の配達物は次の日からの出張で使用するものだったため、結局同様の品物を出張先で購入する羽目になった。
Amazonはゆうパック契約を止めてヤマトに戻して貰えないものだろうか。

以前利用した時は中の窓口の男性職員の対応で何度か嫌な思いをしたので、行きたくないと思っていたのですが、少し考えを改めました。

手前の駐車スペースがいっぱいの時は、奥に停められます。
ゆうパックなどの受け取りの時は、建物の西側入口(一関病院側)にある「ゆうゆう窓口」を利用します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミ評価が低調の様だが、皆さんは余りにも良質なサービスを求め過ぎなのでは？天候等で状況が常に変化する為に配達時間はあくまでも目安だろうし、老舗旅館の女将の様には応対しないだろうし。もう少し各々が心に余裕を持って接すれば、私の様に長年何も問題無く利用させて頂けると思います。
