★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が横柄。他市町村からの転入でワクチン接種関連の問い合わせなのに、「医療従事者ですか？」と偏った受け取り。主任らしき人が解決してくれたが、いろんなケースについて、もう少し事前に知識を持ち、しなやかに対応したほうが市民がより足を運びやすい保健センターになると思います。
Correspondence is arrogant. Even though I was inquiring about vaccination due to a transfer from another municipality, I received a biased "Are you a medical worker?" The person who seems to be the chief solved the problem, but I think it would be easier for the citizens to visit the health center if they had a little more knowledge about various cases in advance and responded flexibly.
