★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもふわふわのシフォンケーキです。軽くてとてもふわふわしていて感動します。定番のプレーンがお勧めですが、はちみつ入りと毎月の変わりダネがあります。五月は大納言抹茶でした。どれもふわふわはかわりません。
お店は看板を出していないのでわかりにくいです。
ちょっと古いトタンの家です。黄色い旗が出ている時が営業中です。
市の商工観光課のホームページには火曜、水曜休みとなっていますが実際は火曜のみらしいです。
まとめて買ったり、お土産に大量買いする人も多いので早めの時間か予約がお勧めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ヶ月前のことですが、食べつわりで何故かシフォンケーキをすごく食べたくなり、営業日の営業時間内なのをGoogleで把握してから数十分かけて行ったけどやっていませんでした。
黄色い旗があると営業中とのことで探したけど無く。念の為確認しようと電話をかけても出ず。もう閉店したのかなと悔しさに泣きながら帰りましたが、レビューを見るとやっている模様！
遠方の方は電話確認したほうがいいのかもしれません。絶対にまた行って買いますから。
2回目の訪問
流石にやっていると思ったら今日も休業でした。定休日じゃないのに。もう心が折れそうです。閉店していないか？疑わしい。
追記
「定休日」というのが存在するのでそれ以外は営業しているのかと思いきや、地元の人曰く実際には旗を上げていない日のほうが多いそうです。

インター方面から来るならスズヒロを超えた次の信号の直前の民家がそうです。
営業している時は黄色の旗が掲げてあります。現在コロナの営業で16時までの営業です。
口コミによるとシフォンケーキが有名らしいですが今の所ケーキの利用です。
種類は多くないですがお手頃価格で美味しいです。去年の10月値上げしたそうですが
それなら今までどんだけ安かったんだ…
お勧めは抹茶のロールケーキ！これがケーキでは断然美味しい！紅茶と良く合うです。
そろそろシフォンケーキにチャレンジすべく貯金するかな。
