YANO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒もお料理もとても美味しい居酒屋さんです。先ず焼き鳥をはじめとした焼き物の焼き加減・塩加減が絶妙で本当に美味しいです。家飲みでは食べられないですし、緊急事態宣言が明けた現在、最も食す価値のあるものであると思っています。(あくまで個人的な見解です…) 鰻がレギュラーメニューにあり、焼き方も蒲焼、白焼き、ボタ焼きと3種類もあります。個人的にはお店のオリジナルで写真のボタ焼きがおすすめです。タレではなくポン酢につけて焼いた鰻に、レモンをかけてわさびで食べるんですが、お酒によく合います。鰻なんで結構なお値段ですが、おすすめです。お刺身は席について最初に店員さんがおすすめを教えてくれるんですが、それを頼んでおけば間違い無いです。その他のメニューにも随所にこだわりが見受けられ、メニュー数はそれほど多くはないですが、ああでもないこうでもないと選ぶことが楽しいお店です。お酒は日本酒推しです。何より店員さんが皆さんハキハキしていてとても気持ちの良い接客をしてくれます。個人的にはお値段よりも満足感を得られる稀有なお店だと思っています。 It's an izakaya with very delicious sake and food.
