 I often go to eat because Japanese restaurants are good for my health and diet. The set meal with grilled fish and fried oysters is delicious.

御飯はセルフですがおかわりができます。
I ate a set of 3 kinds of side dishes and 5 grains of rice. The mackerel was salty and the black vinegar ankake was delicious.
Rice is self-serve, but you can refill it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き鯖定食と豚生姜焼き食べました。美味しかったです。鯖はそこそこ大きく、豚肉は柔らかかった。おかわりは一回しましたが、それで十分腹一杯。
I ate grilled mackerel set meal and grilled pork ginger. It was delicious. The mackerel was reasonably large and the pork was tender. I had one refill, but that was enough to fill my stomach.

定食の注文をすればご飯のおかわりが可能、それも白ご飯、五穀米のどちらも自由におかわり出来ます。これは非常に嬉しいですね。どちらのご飯も美味しく、自分で電子ジャーから自由に盛れるワクワク感がたまりません。
おかずは普通においしいですが、ご飯おかわり抜きだと、やや割高感がある印象です。
ご飯バイキングを楽しむお店だと思います。
