エンジニアの採用面接で、酷い目に会いました。エージェントを通してやりとりしていたのですが、年収の想定レンジは最低でも550万円以上とのことでした。そうして、1次面接、２次面接が終わり、最後の社長面接でいきなり半額ぐらいの年収を提示されました。もちろん、辞退しました。時間とお金を無駄にしました。転職エージェントを通しながら、密に連絡を取り合ったのに、こういう結果になったことは非常に残念です。この会社と面接をする人は、最初に必ず年収確認をしましょう。ただし、私も年収確認をしていたものの、最後にその約束がなかったことになっていたので、「後になって、想定レンジが下げられたりしないですよね？」と確認しておいた方がいいかもしれません。
