この業界、珍しくない話なのかもしれませんが人材を金儲けの道具としか思っておらず最低です。

社内はかなりの体育会系で、麻痺してるのか強弁を奮っていれば大抵押し通せると思っているのでしょう。
気の弱い人はとことん利用、搾取されて終わります。
