電話でお願いした内容に沿った物件の候補をたくさん用意していただけました。
その内容から候補を絞って内見した際も、周囲の店舗・施設等紹介していただきました。
内見の道中は、たくさん雑談に付き合っていただいてとても楽しかったです。住居を決めた後に一泊温泉旅館に泊まって帰ると伝えると、おすすめの温泉地などを教えていただけてとても参考になりました！
全体として接客も丁寧で楽しかったです。ありがとうございました！
I made a reservation by phone in advance and came to the store.
We were able to prepare a lot of property candidates according to the contents requested by phone.
Even when I narrowed down the candidates from the contents and looked inside, I was introduced to the surrounding stores and facilities.
During the preview, it was a lot of fun to have a lot of chats. After deciding on a place to live, I told them that I would stay at an onsen ryokan for one night and then go home, and it was very helpful for me to tell me the recommended hot spring areas!

また、こちらの要望にも耳を傾けて頂き真剣に対応してくださったのでとても良かったです。
部屋探しはもちろん、見学する際にも車の中で近場のスーパー等を教えてくださったり、実際に部屋の中を見る際にも細かく説明させていただいて貰ったのでとても良かったです(*^^*)
最後に契約をする際、こと細かく丁寧に教えてくださったり、ハザードマップを見せてくださったり、重要事項の説明なども納得ができるまで寄り添ってくれたのでとっても満足です！
