先客の他の依頼者との話が筒抜けで、聞いていたのですが、菅野芳人氏はとにかく高圧的な態度で何やらあれやれやらないとダメだよと結構強い口調で叱るような感じでした。その後に私は相談しましたが兎に角上からの物言いで、事故に遭って保険会社との折衝に疲れていた私に対して愚弄と卑下するような態度でした。正直つらかったです。事故に遭い、保険会社にも配慮のない対応をされ、さらに相談する弁護士にもキツく当たられる。三回事故に遭わされた思いです。なので依頼しませんでした。でも後から知ったのですが、私が思った高圧的な印象を他の人も抱いておられたことを知りました。セカンドレイプに似た対応はやめてほしいです。これは飽くまでも個人的主観の話です。
