★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの会社が取り扱っているペット禁止の物件で、猫を飼っている住人がいたため、アトムさんに電話しましたが、まともに対応してもらえず、半年以上経つがいまだにペットを買い続けている。鈴木さんという男性従業員は、社会人とも思えない電話対応、挙げ句の果てに電話しているこちらがクレーマーのような扱いを受けました。動物アレルギーの人はペット不可物件であっても気をつけたほうが良いです。社員教育と真摯な対応を望みます。
 I called Atom because there was a resident of a cat in a pet banned property handled by this company, but I could not respond properly, and it has been more than six months and still buying pets . Mr. Suzuki, a male employee, was treated like a Kramer, who responded to telephone calls that he could not think of as a member of society, and who was calling at the end of the phrase. People with animal allergies should be careful even if they are not pet-friendly. I hope for employee education and sincere response.
