★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当たり前の対応ができない。留守電にメッセージ残さないとか、担当者名を名乗らないとか、支払済みのものを未払いだと因縁つけるとか。いい齢こいたおじさん達がふざけた対応をする会社。そんなんでクレームを呼び、自分で自分の首を絞めて遊ぶのがお好きなようです。

最初の応接時からろくな話ができず、説明も不十分
不要な鍵の交換や不要なハウスクリーニング、不要なサービスをさも契約に必要不可欠かのように説明
特に契約書は隅々まで見ましょう。他の不動産屋では無い不利な特約がついています。
退去した後もトラブルは続く
担当が原状回復費の発生通知および請求を忘れていたため、退去してから3年後に債権回収代理会社からの通知をもって初めて原状回復費の存在を知る。
それに対しての今野不動産の対応は代理会社を通しての言葉だけの謝罪のみ。
誠意のかけらも感じられない

今後もトラブル起きてほしくないけど、起きるんだろうな〜やだな〜ちゃんと仕事してほしいわ〜?
こちらは本当のことが多く口コミされてますが、一番町店は、1件のレビューで高評価ばっかりだから、これって本当かな〜？って感じます。

仙台市内中心部の都心と変わらない家賃のマンションで、こんなに手が行き届いていないのかと衝撃を受けた。管理費を返してほしいくらいだ。
