餃子は柔らかめで好き嫌いが分かれるところ
店員さんが気さくで良い雰囲気です
近くに立ち寄ったり、孤独のグルメが好きな人にオススメ

土曜日12時30分頃、待ち客１組３名、待つ事15分、待っている間に二組６名
カウンター１１名にお店は繁盛
ちなみに駐車場は無くすぐ近くの公営で無料の駐車場たすうあり
タンメン、チャーハン、餃子で1850円
どれも熱くてめちや美味しい
餃子は皮から作ってる
タンメンの味はグー、麺もいけてる
ちゃはなんかうまい
孫のお兄ちゃんがとっても愛想良くかなり頑張ってます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「孤独のグルメ」の影響か、呼ばれるまで寒空の下で待たされました。
気さくなお兄さんが独りで切り盛りしていて、作っている料理はほとんどが「タンメン」と「餃子」。
餃子は注文を受けてからの手作りで、とても美味しいです。
タンメンの量が多くて、餃子と一緒に完食しましたが、その日の夕食は抜きにしました。
連れ添いはタンメンの完食には至らず、「餃子は、二人で１人前で良かったね！」と言っていました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 孤独のグルメを見たのを思い出し、旅行帰りに寄ってみました。めちゃめちゃ狭い路地にありました。餃子は皮も手作りでパリふわで熱々、下仁田ネギの甘さが絶妙で美味しく、タンメンのきゃべつも柔らかくて美味しかったです。もう少し味が濃くても良かったかな？タイミングよく座れましたが、土曜のお昼なので混んでいました。

タンメンはその都度味見確認をし、餃子はオーダーが入ってから手包みする。
孤独のグルメでの有名店という事に慢心せず、若き店主の伝統を守る真面目な仕事振りに感服する。
ワンオペでやっているので大変そうだが、次は忙しい時間帯を避けて、チャーハン、焼きそばを頼んでみたい。もちろん餃子は外せない。

タンメンはどこか懐かしく優しい味。
餃子はオーダー後に餡を包み焼いてくれます。
感じの良い若い店主が一人で手際よく捌いてくれました。
またお気に入りの店が一つ増えました。
