When we arrived we were told it was a 20 minute wait and we had to wait outside in the cold, despite the fact there were seats by the door inside? It was weird.

You can dip chickens into melted cheese at the center of the pot. I felt that the flavor was a little bit strong, but enjoyed it. The overall experience was favorable, including their customer service and reasonable price.
