D	D iori (:D) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張で近場のホテルに宿泊していた為ふらっと利用しました。食べ物すべて美味しいが串が絶品でした。特に合鴨の串焼きは血生臭い感じは一切なく下処理が完璧です。 ※平日でもサラリーマンの仕事帰りの時間帯混んでいます。入れるかどうかは運しだいですね・店内はアットホームな雰囲気でとても居心地がいいです。・お通しと一緒に出てくるグラスビールが気が利いています。 I used it casually because I was staying at a nearby hotel on a business trip. All the food was delicious but the skewers were excellent. K	Kevin Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So... another hidden gem from Rui Yoshida's Bar Chronicles. You're greeted with a homely atmosphere and a small-glass of "welcome beer" right outta the canister. Already, I'm impressed and dying to get down-'n-dirty with the scrumptious creations written barely-legibly on an ever-changing menu. Or I suck at reading handwritten Japanese, which is a fair possibility. Make conversation with the lovely staff, who will kindly tell you what's fresh, what's in season, and what they recommend. So I go with fresh recommendations, because I looped around the back-alleys of Ginza to find this bar several times, and you-only-live-once. What I get is an appetizer of dried fish roe, followed by the entrees of a decadent tuna-avocado-salad, a mouth-watering platter of the freshest sashimi of the day, and the most unique blackcod (gindara) that was marinated in a white miso mixture known as Saikyou Miso, which had the smoothness of velvet, the mouth-feel of melting butter, and the taste of a boozy salt-seared fish.
