受付の電話対応が最悪。
受付時間内ギリギリに到着する出来るか
微妙なところだが、
ものもらいができて、どうしようもなく痛いので
何とか診察してもらえないか?とお願いしたところ
『時間内に受付に来れない場合は無理ですが！』
と冷たく上から目線の言葉で対応。
ここの受付は何様のつもりなんだろうか?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎日毎日沢山の患者さんがおられます。それ以上に看護師さん等沢山おられます。予約してても毎回時間オーバーで診察されてる理由はやはり先生が１人１人に親切丁寧に説明してくださり安心出来るからでしょう。時間の無い方は待てない、無理でしょう。白内障の手術をしましたが安心して受けれました。受付けの方も普通で私は受付けの方には何も求めてません。

一回の受診で6時間以上かかります。今日もすでに5時間以上待ってもまだ診察待ちてす。
先生は優しいし、説明も丁寧です。
検査員の方がキツイいいかたをされるのが残念です。
Anyway, the waiting time is long.
It takes more than 6 hours for one visit. Even if I have already waited for more than 5 hours today, I am still waiting for a medical examination.
The teacher is kind and the explanations are polite.
It's a pity that the inspector is a tougher person.
