auのWebで事前登録をしてプリントアウトを持っていったのだが、うちではわからないとまったく対応できない。auの店だろうというと店員は「代理店ですから」と開き直る。なんちゅう店員だ。まったくひどい。
“Worst” No other words are appropriate.
I pre-registered on the au web site and had a printout, but I can't handle it at all unless I understand it. If it is an au store, the clerk reopens with "Because it is an agency." What a clerk. Absolutely terrible.
