お汁は熱い感じではなく温い 巻きずしの値段がわかりずらい、今日お昼に頂きましたが、３時間後におなかを壊しました。温い出汁は菌が繁殖すると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じスタイルの丸亀製麺と比べて、100円程お高いのと、ぶっかけつゆが少し自分には濃い目に感じました。そして、たまたまかも知れませんが、製麺された感じも丸亀製麺に比べて、残念でした。
レイクタウンは良く利用しますが、少し離れていてもmoriまで歩いて丸亀製麺に行きますね。
Compared to Marugame Seimen of the same style, it was about 100 yen more expensive, and I felt that the bukkake soup was a little darker to me. And, as it may happen, the feeling of making noodles was disappointing compared to Marugame Seimen.
I often use Lake Town, but even if I'm a little far away, I walk to mori and go to Marugame Seimen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かけうどんにコーンとワカメのトッピングを頼みました。トッピング代80円のコーンに対して200円のワカメの量がめちゃくちゃ少なくてビックリしました。写真のワカメうどんのワカメの量と全然違ったので店員さんに言い、2回目でようやく対応してくれましたがなんか気持ちよくなかったです。これくらいという目分量で決まっているそうなので作る人によって量が変わってしまうのは当たり前では。今回は酷かったです。

注文スタイルは丸亀製麺やはなまるうどんのような、うどん注文→天ぷら→会計→天かすの流れです。
写真はかけうどん（大盛り）とかしわ天です。
麺はコシは弱くてモチモチしてます。汁は塩味が弱めです。チェーン系のお店としては美味しい部類です。
店内に製麺機があり麺を作っているので、はなまるうどんのようなセントラルキッチンスタイルではなく、丸亀製麺に近いのかも。
巻きずしが売られており、それが他のうどんチェーンと違う点かも。うどんと合うのかはわかりませんけども。

The photo shows Kake Udon (large serving) and Kashiwaten.
The noodles are weak and chewy. The juice has a weak salty taste. It is a delicious category for a chain store.
There is a noodle making machine in the store to make noodles, so it may be closer to Marugame Seimen than the central kitchen style like Hanamaru Udon.
Makizushi is sold, which may be different from other udon chains. I don't know if it goes well with udon, though.
