★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物内はとても清潔で、ホーム特有の匂いが一切ありません。スタッフの方々もとても親切にしてくださっているようです。ただ院長に入所の際お会いしましたが、上から目線で言葉が上手く話せない入居者に対して全く寄り添う姿勢のないひどいものでした。言葉が出でこないながら、とても腹を立てこんなところにいたくないと言われ、困りましたが、私自身もあんな言い方をされたらショックを受けると思います。
The building is very clean and has no home-specific odor. The staff seems to be very kind. However, I met the director when I entered the hospital, but it was a terrible thing that I couldn't stand up close to the residents who couldn't speak the words well from above. Although I couldn't speak any words, I was very angry and told me I didn't want to be in such a place, but I was in trouble.
