義	義（ヨッチン） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年寄った時は改装工事中で利用出来ず残念でしたが、先日また旭市を訪れたので寄らせて頂きました? ご夫婦で切り盛りして居る店に入ると、若者が一人定食&ラーメンをガッツリと食べて居て、自分も若い頃はそうだったなぁ····なんて思いながらメニューに目を移すと、豚カツ·カツ丼·ミックスフライが目に留まり、自分はミックスフライ定食、パートナーはカツ丼に豚汁セットを注文。待つ事7~8分位い、先ずはミックスフライ定食が出され出汁の香りもしっかりなワカメと豆腐の味噌汁をズズッと啜り、いざ‼️ 見た目もズッシリふっくらなメンチカツをガブッと食べれば肉汁たっぷり、野菜の旨味が口に広がり、フワッと揚げられたメンチカツはプロの仕事を感じました。カツ丼も注文が入ってから揚げ、一口サイズに包丁をいれて卵でとじるという丁寧な仕事で、味は勿論? 豚汁も具材たっぷりで⭕️ 波乗り帰りにもオススメ??
