周りはみんなプデチゲ頼んでて
チュクミ頼んでる人がいなかったんだけど(笑)
写真見たときから美味しそうって思ってたので
即注文しました◎
ホールの店員さんが1人だったからか
運ばれてから、ずっと放置のお店でしたが、
特に混ぜるだけだし問題なし。
ただ食べていいよの合図がないと少し不安笑
味はとても美味しくて、野菜チュクミだから
野菜もたくさん入っててよかった◎
普通のチュクミもありますが野菜はあんまり
入っていないようなのでこちらのがおすすめかも
お酒飲んでる時にあんまり食べない友達と私だけど
今回は〆まで食べてしまいました。
普通に美味しかったからお酒も進むし、
ここでチャミスル2本開けて2軒目へ。
また食べたくなったらいこう〜。

이 건물에 가계가 몇개 있어서 햇갈렸는데 2층으로 가면 신오쿠보부대찌게와 한신포차가 있고 부대찌개 같은 영업장에 있음
가계가 깔끔하고 너무 시끄럽지 않아서 좋았음 굿

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プデチゲ大好き人間です。プデチゲ専門と言う事なので、初めてお伺いしましたが、専門店なのに美味しくありません。本場とは全然違う。大抵は美味しく頂けますが、ここのはちょっと。てか、もう食べないし行かない。新大久保辺りならカントンの思い出のプデチゲが一番美味しいと思います。出汁、具、どれをとっても微妙です。あと麺が合ってない。専門店と言ってるだけで、美味しいとは違います。ここのプデチゲは違うので、勘違いしないでほしい。チュクミは美味しかった。
I am a person who loves Budae Jjigae. It's a specialty store of Budae Jjigae, so I visited for the first time, but it's not delicious even though it's a specialty store. It's completely different from the real thing. It's usually delicious, but here's a little. I don't eat or go anymore. In the area around Shin-Okubo, I think the cantonal memory of Budae Jjigae is the most delicious. The soup stock and ingredients are all very delicate. And the noodles don't match. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新大久保ブデチゲ ブデチゲお一人様用1628円。普通はもっと平べったい広い鍋で出てくるんだろうけどお一人様だからか石焼きビビンバみたいな鍋で出てきた。ブデチゲはもともと朝鮮戦争のときに韓国軍の兵隊さんが米軍からの補給物資や残飯などを鍋に入れて辛いスープで煮たものが起源らしい？中身はキャベツ、キャベツの茎、絹ごし豆腐、えのき、ソーセージ、ハム、スパム、肉団子、インスタントラーメン、玉ねぎ、ネギ、トッポギ、とろけるスライスチーズなど。ご馳走様でした。こちらはブデチゲ以外にも色んなメニューがあって、居酒屋みたいな感じだった。
New Okubo Budae Jjigae Budae Jjigae 1628 yen per person. Normally, it comes out in a flatter and wider pot, but maybe because it's one person, it came out in a pot like stone-grilled bibimbap. Budae jjigae seems to have originated from a Korean soldier who put supplies and leftover food from the US military in a pot and boiled it in a spicy soup during the Korean War. The contents are cabbage, cabbage stalks, silken tofu, enoki, sausage, ham, spam, meat dumplings, instant noodles, onions, onions, tteokbokki, melted sliced cheese, etc. It was a treat. There were various menus besides Budae Jjigae, and it felt like an izakaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the budechige stew and toppoki with cheese. The stew was dilute so that was a little disappointing but the toppoki with cheese was good so it made up for it! We dined at the second floor of the restaurant and it was a little hot. The service wasn't good either. :(
