T	Tan Jian Nian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was by far the worst customer service i have ever received in japan. This is my third trip here over the past 2 years. One of the main reasons that i came back to japan is because of the kind and polite service given by the locals but obviously today was not the case. We came in as a group of 4 and inteded to order not 1 but 2 bowls of dessert. We were not greeted when we came to the order counter and once the staff realise we does not speak japanese, she immidiately show her impatient face and keep talking to her colleague while we are still standing in front of the counter trying to make sense of the menu as we obvioisly do not speak and read japanese. Then when we dicided to use hand signal to let the staff know that we wanted to order 2 bowls and she raised her tone and kept showing 4 fingers and then turn and talk to her colleague again. We were offended by this attitude, but we still tell them we were sorry and wish to cancel the order. She cancelled out the order and straight turn her body away from us. We were speecheless and totally stunned by her action. Nonetheless, i hope the store manager or the brand manager takes note of all these bad reviews regarding bad customer service. I for 1 does not hope this wonderful dessert is affected further by such ill manner staff.

P	Patrick Sii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requires each customer to order at least one item each. I ordered a blue berry shaved ice which is good but slightly overpriced. Second order was a royal pearl milk tea ice which is not so good. The pearls were not soft. Overall I give a 60% score for this shop.
L	Lydia Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watermelon shaved ice and melon juice! Both are refreshing. The ice is made of watermelon juicy, milk and sugar. I'm a big watermelon fan, but I've been disappointed so many times by watermelon flavored food. This store did a good job! That ice is in big flakes. It allows your taste bud to fully endulge the flavor. Great place for summer leisure. Definitely coming back again.

We had to order 1 per person which is a lil bit uncomfortable to me. The toppings are plentiful and yummy but the tiramisu ice flake is a bit plain, the blueberry one is ok. You should come early if you wanna try mango and melon flavor, they are best seller ones.
