w	wkwk c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はパン屋さんが大好きで、上田市内のパン屋さん巡りが趣味です。その日の気分で色々なパン屋さんへ足を運びますが、麦の笑さんのパンをひと口食べると、生地も具材も他のパン屋さんとは違うと気づきます。例えば調味料の味がとても強いパン（ケチャップやマヨネーズ等）などよく売られていますが、麦の笑さんはまず素材の旨みがしっかりと感じられます。そしてひとつのパンの中に様々な具材が入っていても、そのパンの調和を乱すことなく、それぞれの具材の良さを最大限活かし最高な味に融合されています。生地だけでもとても美味しいのに、具材まで拘っていらっしゃる事が感じられます。私はレーズンとシナモンが苦手で、市販品はほぼ食べられません。ですが麦の笑さんのりんごシナモンロールは、レーズンもシナモンも入っていますが、本当に美味しいです。レーズンとシナモンって本来こんなに美味しいんだと、感動しました。上田市で1番美味しいパン屋さんだと思います。いつまでもこの素敵なお店が続けばいいなと思います。 I love bakeries, and my hobby is visiting bakeries in Ueda.
