良くないなと思ったのは、退去時確認がなかったんだけど、先方ペースでの算出になって、退去費用は高めなこと。
備え付けの電球、取り外して使ってなかったけど、引っ越し時に新居に持って行ってしまった。
その電球1個を付けるのに、新品だけど1ヶ所3000円。
どうしてー？て、フィラメントの白熱電球40ワットだよ。
それから、元々は靴箱のない物件で、自分が靴箱を買いました。
が、引っ越し時、引っ越し業者が備え付けだと勘違いして置いてきてしまった。
じゃ、いいや、大家さんにあげよう。
てそのままにしたんだけど、
「靴箱修理代3000円」
て入ってきて、驚いた。残置物に修理代？
「取っ手が曲がってました」
て、それ自分組み立てたとき、不器用だから、少し斜めになったやつで、、、

However, when I moved, I misunderstood that it was installed by the moving company and left it.
Well, no, I'll give it to the landlord.
I left it as it was
"Shoe box repair fee 3000 yen"
I was surprised when I came in. Repair fee for leftovers?
"The handle was bent."
When I assembled it myself, it was clumsy, so it was a little slanted ...

他社員もいる中で客の職業と年収を大声で何度も話すってどうなんでしょうか。
店内も薄暗く狭いです。
まともに物件を探してくれる気がしなかったので、別の紳士的な不動産屋で引越し先を見つけて下さいました。
こちらには二度と行きません。
